Find your kind
of Nest.

Seven ways to stay in Downtown Manhattan. Every Nest is private and lockable. Choose your bed, bathroom, window and ceiling format, with the differences clearly in view.

THE DIFFERENCES THAT MATTER

A little clarity.
A better fit.

All Twin, Full and Loft Nests are for one guest. For a stay for two, choose Prime Nest or Sky Nest. A larger mattress does not change a room’s occupancy.

Shared bathrooms are outside the room. Open ceilings and Prime’s ventilation opening allow sound to travel. Sky is fully enclosed; no room is guaranteed soundproof.

CHOOSE WITH CONFIDENCE

Private space.
Clear expectations.

For a window.

Choose Twin Nest Plus, Full Nest Plus, Loft Nest or Sky Nest. Standard Twin, Full and Prime do not have a window.

For your own bathroom.

Prime and Sky have private bathrooms and welcome up to two guests. Twin, Full, their Plus versions and Loft use shared bathrooms.

For a lighter sleeper.

Read the ceiling details before choosing. Earplugs and sleep masks are included. Sky is fully enclosed, though city and hotel noise may still be audible.
