1. This website

This website introduces CityNest New York, operated by CityNest Hotel LLC at 125 Bowery, New York, NY 10002. These terms explain use of this website and its contact form. The conditions attached to a particular reservation are shown during booking and in the reservation confirmation.

Please use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid attempts to disrupt the site, access another person’s information, or send spam. If a detail is unclear or appears incorrect, contact us before relying on it for your stay.

2. Reservations, prices & payment

Our “Check availability” and booking links take you to our Cloudbeds booking engine. This website does not collect card details or take payment through its contact form. A room suggestion from the Nest Finder is a guide to room features, not a live availability check or reservation.

Rates and inventory can change. Your selected dates, guest count, room type and rate plan determine the offer available to you. Review the final price, currency, taxes, fees, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and any other terms displayed before confirming. Your booking confirmation records the reservation you made.

For a Booking.com or Expedia reservation, consult that platform’s confirmation and the rate conditions you selected. A message sent through this website does not by itself create, cancel or change a booking; wait for confirmation from our team or the booking provider.

3. Choosing the right Nest

Room formats differ in bed size, guest capacity, bathroom type, windows and ceiling enclosure. Check the details of the exact category you select. An open or partially open ceiling can allow sound to travel; a private, lockable Nest does not necessarily mean a fully enclosed room or private bathroom. Our team can help you choose before booking.

Arrival access is available 24 hours a day, but this does not promise that a room is ready before the check-in time attached to your reservation. CityNest has no elevator. Please discuss stairs, accessibility needs and any essential room requirements with us in advance.

Luggage storage is a separate service with time-based charges after the first free hour. Confirm the applicable storage option with the front desk. The current room details and Good to know section provide practical information about amenities and arrival.

4. Contacting us

Our contact forms use FormSubmit. General hotel and membership enquiries go to info@citynesthotel.com; group, corporate and career forms go to general@citynesthotel.com. Required contact details help us respond. Do not include payment-card numbers, passport copies, door-access credentials, or other sensitive documents in the form.

If a submission fails or your question is urgent, email us directly, call +1 646-930-4521, or use our hotel WhatsApp. These channels are for hotel assistance, not emergency response. How we handle the information you submit is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Promotional codes & optional email

You may choose to receive CityNest promotional emails by selecting the separate, optional marketing checkbox. It is unchecked by default. You can contact us or book without subscribing. Sending an inquiry alone does not sign you up for promotional emails or SMS.

Direct-booking discounts are based on the website room rate and do not combine; the best eligible discount applies. The Offers page identifies promotions that are still being prepared. The proposed 7% welcome offer and 7% offer for stays of five nights or more are intended for automatic application after launch; they are not activated by this website form. Review the final price and conditions in the booking flow before paying. An opt-in does not change an existing reservation.

You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe option in an email or by writing to info@citynesthotel.com. This does not prevent necessary replies to your inquiry or service messages about an existing reservation.

6. Nest Clubs & service enquiries

Nest Club is offered at $99 per month with a four-month minimum commitment ($396 in membership fees), with an annual option of $999 per year. Sky Nest Club is offered at $199 per month with a four-month minimum commitment ($796 in membership fees). The club descriptions show the requested benefits and percentage discounts.

Membership forms request information only: they do not enroll you, take payment or authorize recurring billing. Our team must confirm the complete membership terms before you join, including billing, renewal, cancellation, annual-plan payment terms, free-night booking and expiry rules, eligible dates and any exclusions. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; Sky Nest Club receives our maximum flexibility arranged with the team.

Group and corporate enquiries request a quotation rather than a confirmed room allocation. Concierge requests do not guarantee a restaurant table, ticket, tour or vehicle. Our team will confirm arrangements and any third-party charges with you before proceeding. Job applications are reviewed by the team and are not an offer of employment.

7. Content & outside services

CityNest branding, photography and website materials are owned by or used with permission by CityNest. Please ask before reusing them commercially. Normal personal use of the site, including sharing a page link while planning a trip, is welcome.

Cloudbeds, Booking.com, Expedia, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening those services takes you outside this website. We may update website content and these terms; the date above identifies this version. Changes to this page do not replace the confirmed conditions of an existing booking.
