YOUR STAY, EXPLAINED
Good to know.
Before you go.
The practical details behind a CityNest stay at 125 Bowery, New York. Choose the Nest that fits how you travel.
What does “open ceiling” mean?
Twin Nest, Full Nest, their Plus versions, and Loft Nest are not fully enclosed above the partitions. Air and sound can travel between these rooms. Prime Nest is partly enclosed, with a small opening for ventilation because it has no window. Sky Nest is fully enclosed. Please choose with these differences in mind if you are sensitive to noise.
Which Nests have a private bathroom?
Prime Nest and Sky Nest have a private bathroom and accommodate up to two guests. Twin Nest, Full Nest, their Plus versions, and Loft Nest use shared bathrooms outside the room.
Which Nests have a window?
Twin Nest Plus, Full Nest Plus, Loft Nest and Sky Nest have windows. Standard Twin Nest, Full Nest and Prime Nest do not include a window.
Can I exchange my towels during my stay?
Yes. Exchange your used towel for a fresh one whenever you need. Our team will be happy to help.
Are coffee and snacks included? Is breakfast served?
Help yourself to complimentary coffee, tea, milk, filtered water and a selection of snacks, including chips, chocolate bars and gummy sweets. This is a coffee-and-snack offering, rather than a full breakfast service.
Can I work from my Nest or use a shared space?
Every Nest has a workspace with a desk and chair, plus complimentary Wi-Fi. A shared lounge is also available for a break between outings.
When are check-in and check-out?
Our front desk and arrivals are available 24/7, including after 9 PM. Standard room check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM; arriving at any hour does not include early room access or change your reservation dates. Contact us about an early arrival or late departure so we can confirm availability and any applicable charges.
Can I check in online before I arrive?
Guests who book directly on our website can complete check-in through our guest portal and receive their room key and arrival information before reaching the hotel. Follow the instructions provided for your reservation. Your room access remains subject to your booked check-in date and room readiness.
Is there an elevator?
No. CityNest is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. Please consider the stairs when planning your stay and luggage. Contact us before booking if you have an access question.
How is my Nest cooled?
The shared hotel space is cooled by ceiling-mounted air-conditioning units set to 21–23°C. Loft Nest and Sky Nest also have window AC units. Prime Nest has a fan and a portable AC unit. For Twin, Full and their Plus versions, portable fans and portable AC units are available on request. Cooling arrangements vary by room; please ask our team about your specific needs.
Will my plug work in the outlets?
Every Nest already has outlets that accept plugs from different countries, so a separate plug adapter is usually unnecessary. Spare adapters are available if needed. The power supply is US 110–120 V: these outlets and plug adapters do not convert voltage. Check that your device supports this voltage before plugging it in.
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Drop off and pick up your luggage at the front desk. The first hour is free, then storage is $5 per hour. We also offer full-day storage for up to 12 hours at $35, or overnight storage for up to 24 hours at $45. Confirm your storage option with the front desk. Guests remain responsible for valuables and personal documents.
Can two people stay in one Nest?
Choose Prime Nest or Sky Nest for up to two guests. Twin, Full, their Plus versions, and Loft Nest are single-occupancy rooms. A Full bed does not mean the room is available for two guests.
Where can I see rates and cancellation terms?
Select your dates to see live availability in our direct booking engine. Prices, taxes, payment terms, and cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. Review the full terms before confirming your booking.
